Surgical Arts Surgical Center is a physician owned center and your surgeon may be a fractional owner of the facility. As such, he/she may have invested time and resourses to create this surgical center in order to provide you with a health care alternative that better suits your needs.

California law requires us to notify you that such owners of this facility also have a financial interest in it.  All surgeons at Surgical Arts Surgical Center have surgical privileges at other institutions as well and are choosing to do your surgery here for a variety of reasons. Should you desire to have your procedure performed elsewhere for any reason your surgeon would be happy to discuss this with you.
